Andrew Deak's WiFi Fast Clock software is installed on a Windows 7 or higher PC connected to your home network.  It can support up to 250 clients: Analog Displays, Digital Displays, Browsers, Tablets and Smart Phones.  Connect via Ethernet or WiFi.
