Spade Lugs for use with Telephone Speech Networks. These slide into the "Spain Clips" on the network but are also useful for making secure connections with screw terminals with #4 or #6 machine screws. These are "insulation displacement" connectors which means you do NOT strip the wire, an insulation-piercing tab is inside the barrel of the connector.
The lugs require a "D-Sub Crimp Tool" to crimp (not the one used for plastic insulated lugs in the electrical section of a hardware store). I like this one, but an internet search will return alternative.
The package of 20 will cover a full-equipped connection of a piece CAT5 to our Speech Networks, the connections to our Cup Style Hook Switch and a buzzer and a LED, or our Relay Latch as well as a couple of spares.
If you need a lot of these you may do better with one of the electronics supply houses, I offer this product/package a convenience to my customers to save placing multiple orders with minimums and shipping from multiple suppliers, or if you just want "one throat to choke."
